A husband's main right in Islam is his wife's obedience in matters that are halal and reasonable, meaning she should not deny him intimacy without valid reason, should not leave the home without his knowledge in ways that compromise the household, and should generally respect his role in family decisions. He also has the right to expect her loyalty, protection of his honor and reputation, and proper management of the home if she has agreed to that role within their marriage. However, this obedience comes with a clear limit; if he ever asks her to disobey Allah or commit something sinful, she has zero obligation to comply, because no human authority in Islam overrides obedience to Allah Himself.
