To send an interest request:

1. Log in to your account

3. Visit the profile you're interested in
4. Click the "Send Interest" or "Express Interest" button
5. Your request will be sent, and the other person will be notified

When you send an interest request, the receiver can see:

• Your profile information (name, age, education, occupation, etc.)
• Your profile photo (if uploaded)
• Your location and other profile details

When your request is accepted:

1. You'll receive a notification that your request was accepted
2. The other person's profile information is shared back with you
3. A chat conversation is automatically created between you
4. Both parties can now message each other directly on the platform
5. You can view each other's full profile details

This mutual acceptance ensures that both parties are interested before any communication begins.

Yes, you can cancel a pending request at any time:

1. Go to your "Sent Requests" section in your account
2. Find the pending request you wish to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Request"
4. The request will be removed, and the other person will no longer see it

Cancelling a request removes it from the other person's pending requests. You can keep sending new requests regardless — there is no limit.

Yes, you have control over your connections:

• Go to your "Accepted Requests" or "Connections" section
• Find the connection you wish to revoke
• Click "Revoke Access"
• The other person will no longer be able to view your full profile or message you

This feature allows you to manage your connections and maintain control over who can contact you.

No. There is no limit on the number of interest requests you can send, and there is no cap on how many can be pending at once. You can send as many as you like.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Be thoughtful: Focus on profiles you're genuinely interested in
• Respect others: Sending requests indiscriminately may be reported as spam
• One request per person: You can only send a single request to the same member until it is resolved

To start chatting:

1. First, one of you must send an interest request
2. The other person must accept the request
3. Once accepted, a chat room is automatically created
4. Go to "Chats" or "Inbox" in your account
5. Click on the conversation to start messaging

You cannot message someone without mutual consent (both parties accepting the connection).

Your conversations are private between you and the other person. However:

• Messages are stored securely on our servers
• Platform administrators may access chats for safety and moderation purposes
• This helps us prevent harassment, inappropriate behaviour, and ensure community safety

We take privacy seriously and only review conversations when necessary for safety reasons.

Yes, we provide notifications to keep you updated:

• On-site notifications: You'll see a badge indicator when you have unread messages
• Email notifications: If enabled, you'll receive emails about new messages
• Real-time updates when you're online on the platform

Updating your profile is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Account" → "Profile Info" or visit /account/info
3. Edit any fields you wish to update
4. Click "Save Changes"

Some changes may require re-approval by our team to maintain profile quality.

To change your profile photo:

1. Go to your account settings page
2. Click on your current profile photo or the upload area
3. Select a new image from your device
4. The photo will be uploaded and optimised automatically

To permanently delete your account:

2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include your registered email address in the message
4. Our team will process your request and confirm deletion

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after a limited time for security purposes. If it expires, simply request another one.
